The details available within V&S database will help you inform settlement discussions and learn more about a particular county, court, judge, expert or opposing counsel.

Anyone may submit a new verdict or settlement for publication in Wisconsin Law Journal (though undisclosed, confidential settlements will not be published). Once published, the details also will be entered into the V&S database, but only Wisconsin Law Journal subscribers are able to view and search the entire system.
